Hand turned In ashwood, these light sculptures slowly breathe in and out at intervals as if keeping time.The surface of the wood has been charred and stained combining the meditative Japanese process of Shou Sugi Ban with charcoal, wood stains, and natural oils to create a rich, deep black hue that has been perfected over time.
