ABACA was founded in 2004 with a simple belief: that outdoor spaces deserve as much care as the rooms inside a home. What began with well-made furniture for Indian homes grew into something larger — a search across Southeast Asia's finest workshops, in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, for outdoor furniture, lighting, and accessories built to be lived with for years, not seasons. Studio ABACA, our bespoke atelier, carries the same spirit further still, bringing a contemporary take on Indian design to custom furnishings, décor, and gifting made for a single space and the way its owners actually live in it.

Every piece we offer is personally reviewed and selected — not only for how it looks, but for how it is made. We work with makers who hold themselves to the highest standards of craft, labour, and sustainability, because a piece built to last twenty years asks nothing less: the world's best teak, rust-free aluminium, weaves that take the sun and the monsoon in their stride. Our involvement does not end at delivery — installation, maintenance, and repair are part of the promise, year after year.
