Across this 33-piece dinner set, the rhythmic geometry of the Puthukuli shawl, native to the Nilgiris, is translated into refined porcelain. Designed for both intimate meals and celebratory gatherings, the set bridges heritage and modern living with effortless grace.More than a dinner service, it is a continuation of a story carried from thread to table, from the hills of the Nilgiris into the heart of the home. With a portion of proceeds going towards the Edhkwehlynawd Botanical Refuge (EBR) Centre Trust’s educational endeavours, Threads of the Nilgiris continues Nishita Fine Tableware’s commitment to design rooted in respect, responsibility and cultural continuity.ABOUT THE COLLECTION'Threads of the Nilgiris' is Nishita Fine Tableware’s contemporary reinterpretation of Toda Pukhoor embroidery, tracing its origins to an old photograph, and developed through engagement with Toda women artisans.SET COMPOSITION 6 Dinner Plates, 6 Side Plates, 6 Small Bowls, 6 Katoris, 6 Napkin Rings, 2 Serving Bowls, 1 Platter
