This exquisitely crafted Italian Baroque-style monstrance plated in gold and silver features intricate hand repoussé work depicting branches and ears of wheat - symbols of God’s provision and the harvest of souls. Two angels hold a crown above the sunburst rays.
At the center is a clear circular glass case housing the sacred host, framed by a crown of thorns. The monstrance stands on a round base adorned with symmetrical floral reliefs and engravings. Its cylindrical shaft is accented with five molded nodes, combining both main and secondary details.
Handcrafted by Italian artisans in the early 1900s, this piece retains all its original parts and remains in excellent condition.
